It’s hardly ever discussed. Maybe joked about. But the reality is that almost 50% of men are dissatisfied with their bodies, in particular their penises. Because men suffer with their insecuritises secretly, it can grow all the more in their minds.
This leads many men to consider plastic surgery to enlarge their penis or to use other methods that can cause damage and can leave them worse off than before.
But the real problem is the same problem women have who are plagued with body-image issues: it affects their happiness and the quality of their relationships. The problem is not our bodies but how we feel about them.

I highly recommend reading and watching the first two. I haven’t had a chance to watch the first one yet, but I plan to.
My Thoughts on the Video
It was so interesting that the man who was featured having a penis enlargement, part of his reason for doing so was to fix the pain from past breakups and to satisfy his current girlfriend so completely that she would not cheat. (This is at about the 30 minute mark on the video.)
Does anyone else see the futility in this? Will a penis enlargement be the thing that keeps a girlfriend from cheating? Is a penis enlargement the aspect that will make his girlfriend completely satisfied? I think definitely no.
And by the same token, let’s think of our own insecurities. Are these body aspects on which we obsess the reason why a committed partner wants to be with us or why they leave us? I think not. What’s far more important is our confidence and general state of being, how we conduct ourselves, our kindness or lack thereof. And so on.
